This agreement is the privacy-related agreement and conventions of VIMAGE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Our PR-A APP understands the importance of personal information (including personal sensitive information) to you and will make every effort to protect the security of your personal information.            

           1. How We Collect Personal Information            

           This product uses the following SDKs:            

           1. Our product integrates Tencent Bugly's SDK (com.tencent.bugly). Tencent Bugly monitors various exceptional issues of the APP program. In the event of a crash, crash information is collected and uploaded to the developer's Bugly account, facilitating developers to fix errors and provide users with a better experience. It collects information about the mobile device, including hardware model, device MAC address, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI/MEID/android ID/SN/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc., describing basic information about the commonly used personal device), device model, device manufacturer, operating system, and its version.            To enhance the application's functionality, we need user authorization for the following permissions:            

           1. Access to Phone Storage:            

           Used for saving photos or recording video files to the phone while viewing videos. It reads files on the phone to organize and display them.            

           Refusing/disabling this permission will result in an inability to save photos or record videos, an inability to submit logs with error information, and an inability to display and manage files on the phone.            

           2. Access to Device Identification Code Information:            

           When using Tencent Bugly's SDK, the app collects information about the mobile device, mainly including hardware model, device MAC address, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI/MEID/android ID/SN/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc.), device model, device manufacturer, operating system, and its version. This is used for monitoring various issues of the APP program. In the event of a crash, crash information is collected and uploaded to the developer's Bugly account, facilitating developers to fix errors and provide users with a better experience.            

           3. Access to Network Usage Permission: Used to connect to the network to check the current network environment's safety.            

           Refusing/disabling this permission will result in the inability to use network connections and the inability to determine the current network environment's safety.            

           4. Authorization to Access WifiManager (Used to manage all aspects of Wi-Fi connections), Access to CellID or WiFi:            

           Refusing/disabling this permission will result in the inability to obtain information about the device's connected WiFi, making it inconvenient to watch video images from the device.            

           2. How We Use Your Personal Information            

           We will use your personal information in the following situations:            

           1. To provide you with the services you use and maintain and improve these services.            

           2. To contact you and confirm the use of this software through your personal information.            

           3. To implement the password recovery function through your personal information.            

           4. Please note that in the following situations, using your personal information does not require your consent:            

           (1) Directly related to national security and defense.            

           (2) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.            

           (3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.            

           (4) Necessary to safeguard the vital interests of the individual information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.            

           (5) The collected personal information is voluntarily made public by yourself.            

           (6) Personal information collected from legally publicized information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.            

           (7) Necessary for signing and fulfilling contracts at your request.            

           (8) Necessary for the secure and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and dealing with faults in products or services.            

           (9) Necessary for conducting statistics or academic research for public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results will be de-identified.            

           (10) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.            

           3. How We Ensure the Security of Personal Information            

           (1) We have implemented security protection measures in line with industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. For example, when exchanging data (such as credit card information) between your browser and the "service," it is protected by SSL encryption. We use encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data. We use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks. We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.            

           (2) We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. Unless you have written permission, we will retain your personal information for 36 months only after you delete or log out of your account. After this period, we will anonymize or destroy your personal information.            

           (3) The internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us.            

           4. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information            

           We are fully aware of the legal responsibilities we should bear when illegally sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information. For all sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information, we will strictly follow the following terms:            

           (1) Sharing:            

           Respecting user privacy is one of our basic principles. Except in the following situations, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual:            

           1. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.            

           2. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with the requirements of judicial or administrative authorities.            

           3. Sharing with our affiliated companies: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and it is subject to the constraints of the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If affiliated companies need to change the processing purposes of personal information, they will seek your authorization again.            

           4. Sharing with authorized partners: Only to achieve the purposes declared in this policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share personal information necessary for the legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific, and clear purposes and only share personal information necessary to provide services. 本协议为 深圳市狩猎科技有限公司（以下简称：本公司）的隐私数据相关协议和惯例。我们的 PR-A APP 深知个人信息（含个人敏感信息）对你的重要性，并会全力保护你的个人信息安全。        

一、我们如何收集个人信息        

       本产品用到以下SDK：        

       1. 我们的产品集成腾讯Bugly的SDK（com.tencent.bugly），腾讯Bugly是对APP程序各类异常问题的监察，当发生异常崩溃的情况下会收集到崩溃信息上传到开发者的Bugly账号下，便于开发者对程序出现的错误进行修复，给用户更好的体验。会搜集手机设备相关信息，主要包括硬件型号、设备MAC地址、唯一设备识别码（如IMEI/MEID/android ID/SN/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI信息在内的描述个人常用设备基本情况的信息）、设备型号、设备制造商、操作系统及其版本等，详情可查看Bugly官网，官网链接:https://buglyqq.com/        

       为了更好的应用功能体验，我们需要用户授权开通如下权限        

1、获取手机存储权限：        

       用于App在查看视频的时候保存照片或者录制视频文件到手机上。读取手机中的文件，完成对手机中文件的排序整理显示。        

       如果拒绝/禁止授予这个权限会造成：        
       无法保存照片或者录制视频，无法提交带错误信息的日志定位错误问题，无法完成手机中文件的显示及管理功能。        

2、获取手机识别码信息权限：        

       在使用腾讯Bugly的SDKApp会搜集手机设备相关信息，主要包括硬件型号、设备MAC地址、唯一设备识别码（如IMEI/MEID/android ID/SN/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI信息在内的描述个人常用设备基本情况的信息）、设备型号、设备制造商、操作系统及其版本等。用于APP程序各类异常问题的监察，当发生异常崩溃的情况下会收集到崩溃信息上传到开发者的Bugly账号下，便于开发者对程序出现的错误进行修复，给用户更好的体验，为您提供更好的服务。        

3、获取使用网络权限：用于连接网络查看当前的网络环境是否安全        

       如果拒绝/禁止授予这个权限会造成：无法使用网络连接，无法判断当前的网络环境是否安全        

4、获取授权访问WifiManager（用于管理Wi-Fi连接的所有方面），获取访问CellID或WiFi,只要当前设备可以接收到基站的服务信号，便可获得位置信息        

       如果拒绝/禁止授予这个权限会造成：无法获取到设备连接的WiFi信息，不便于观看设备的视频图像        

二、 我们如何使用你的个人信息        

       我们会在下列情况下使用你的个人信息：        

       1、   向你提供你使用的各项服务，并维护、改进这些服务。        

       2、   通过您的个人信息，联系您确认本软件使用信息。        

       3、   通过您的个人信息实现密码找回功能。        

       4、需要提醒你注意，以下情形中，使用你的个人信息无需你的同意：        

       (1)  与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的。        

       (2)  与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的。        

       (3)  与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的。        

       (4)  出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的。        

       (5)  所收集的个人信息是你自行向社会公众公开的。        

       (6)  从合法公开披露的信息中收集的你的个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。        

       (7)  根据你的要求签订和履行合同所必需的。        

       (8)  用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障。        

       (9)  出于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的。        

       (10)  法律法规规定的其他情形。        

三、我们如何使用处理个人信息安全        

       (一) 我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护你提供的个人信息， 防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，保护你的个人信息。例如，在你的浏览器与 “服务”之间交换数据(如信用卡信息)时受SSL加密保护；我们会使用加密技术确保数据的保密性；我们会使用受信赖的保护机制防止数据遭到恶意攻击；我们会部署访问控制机制，确保只有授权人员才可访问个人信息。        

       (二) 我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人信息。除非取得你的书面许可，我们将在且仅在你删除或注销账户后36个月保留你的个人信息，超出此期限后，我们将会对你的个人信息进行匿名化处理或销毁。        

       (三) 互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保你发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。        

四、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露你的个人信息        

       我们充分知晓因违法共享、转让、公开披露个人信息对个人信息主体造成损害时所应承担的法律责任，对于你的个人信息的一切共享、转让、公开披露，我们将严格按照以下条款进行：        

       (一)  共享        

       尊重用户个人隐私是我们的一项基本原则。除以下情形外，我们不会与任何公司、组织和个人分享你的个人信息：        

       1、在获取明确同意的情况下共享：获得你的明确同意后，我们会与其他方共享你的个人信息。        

       2、我们可能会按照司法机关或行政机关的要求，对外共享你的个人信息。        

       3、与我们的关联公司共享：你的个人信息可能会与的关联公司共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。关联公司如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求你的授权同意。        

       4、与授权合作伙伴共享：仅为实现本政策中声明的目的，我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享你的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享你的个人信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息，例如在你上网购买我们的产品时必须与物流公司共享你的信息。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。        

       对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人，我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。        

       (二)  转让        

       我们不会将你的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：        

       1、      在获取明确同意的情况下转让：获得你的明确同意后，我们会向其他方转让你的个人信息。        

       2、      在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会在要求新的持有你个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向你征求授权同意。        

       (三)  公开披露        

       我们仅会在以下情况下，公开披露你的个人信息：        

       1.  获得你明确同意后。        

       2.  基于法律的披露：在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部分强制性要求的情况下，我们可能会公开披露你的个人信息。
